Financial Solutions

Evogreen recognise that many organisations want to reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs. Unfortunately the up front capital costs associated with these types of projects often puts up a barrier. Working with leading institutions Evogreen has been able to break down the barriers and allow your organisation to embrace sustainable energy with no capital outlay required.

We offer a number of finance solutions to facilitate our projects. These include a unique model which requires repayments to be made out of the savings and income generated.Unlike many other companies, Evogreen allows your organisation to keep the government incentives generated which helps you to make a significant income.

We work within the education sector and our Operating Rental Solution is completely schools compliant and has been approved by Local Authorities. We enable schools, Academies, colleges and universities to not only reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs but generate revenue with the income made from government incentives. This is especially important in a climate of ever decreasing budgets.

We are a Carbon Trust Accredited supplier and as part of the audit process we have to be able to prove that the installation can be paid for out of the savings made and the Government incentives received.

Traditional fuel sources are depleting at an alarming rate. This has resulted in increasing energy costs as much as 10% in 2013.

Evogreen have found over the last year that organisations are becoming more concerned by rising costs and are very aware about its impact on their businesses bottom line. A high amount are expecting price rises of at least 11% per year for the next three years.

Micro-generation provides you with the ability to produce your own energy and reduce your reliance on external and expensive energy.

The key Government incentives available are the Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) scheme for solar PV and the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) for heat generation from Biomass.

The Government has set the 20-20-20 targets: a 20% cut in emissions of greenhouse gases by 2020; a 20% increase in the share of renewables in the energy mix; and a 20% cut in energy consumption.

To help achieve this, they have established the financial incentives to reduce the payback period of projects which help to deliver these aims.

Burning fossil fuels to supply our energy needs contributes to 74% of manmade greenhouse gas emissions globally.

Sustainable energy aims to meet the needs of the present without compromising the needs of the future. Renewable energy is a key pillar of this and uses natural resources which are replenished constantly.

Energy efficiency reduces energy demand so that clean energy sources have a greater impact. To bring this to life, it is estimated that a 20kw PV system will be able to save 350 tonnes of CO2emissions whilst the system is in place.
