Woodlands Park Primary School have installed an ETA PE-K 90 Biomass Boiler on site.

The Background

Woodlands Park Primary School is a small community school situated in the heart of Woodlands Park Village with 140 pupils. They are passionate to ensure that the children at Woodlands Park make excellent progress and exceed expectations, They therefore provide them with an environment that offers challenges within an atmosphere of care and support. As an Eco-School an important part of their culture is to ensure that sustainability helps to form life long habits for our pupils whilst leaving a green legacy for the school. They have been introducing sustainability from the ground up into the school. They were looking to achieve a lower carbon footprint and become more cost efficient on their energy consumption and reduce costs. The biomass project would exceed these aims without the need for capital expenditure.
