Roundwood Park School have installed a 139kWp Solar PV array on their roofs.

The Background

Roundwood Park School is a large Academy based in Hertfordshire. It is a place where traditional values of smart appearance, excellent behavior and acting with integrity mingle with modern learning and high academic standards. Being an Eco-School sustainability is high on their priority list, Solar PV proved to be a great option as they were already working with our partner Bauder Roofing who suggested their Solfixx flat roof system. Using the Carbon Trust approved funding the school have been able to install at no extra cost.
