Rookery Park Golf Club have installed a 15kWp Solar PV array on their roofs.

The Background

Rookery Park Golf Club is an 18 hole course based in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft. They wanted to look at reducing their energy costs for the golf club as well as reducing their carbon emissions, they considered both Biomass and solar and decided to purchase a solar array. This will give the club a significant reduction in energy costs and will allow the club to make a substantial amount via the FiT and Export Tariff to put back into the club.
