Potton Lower School

Potton Lower School have installed a Bauder Solfixx 28kWp Solar PV array on their roofs.

The Background

Potton Lower School is a small friendly school based in Sandy, Beds. They are proud of their caring positive ethos and the fact that the children enjoy their time whilst at the school. Being an Eco-School and having an active Eco Committee reducing energy costs and cutting carbon emissions is very important to them. Solar panels proved to be a great option for them and using Carbon Trust approved funding they were able to install with not outlay required from the school. The school has now also achieved its Eco-Schools Silver Award and are on their way to a Green Flag.
