Marton Geotechnical Services has installed a 122.43 kWp Solar PV array on their roofs in Coventry.

The Background

Marton Geotechnical Services supplies and manufactures specialist products for Geotechnical, Environmental and Civil Engineering applications worldwide. The company was established in 1988 and the Coventry branch has 3200 square meters of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. Considering their sizeable and conveniently unused roof space, Solar PV seemed to be a perfect option. Through this installation, MGS are very excited to have significantly lowered their carbon footprint and energy costs, and have become a more environmentally conscious organisation as a result.

Evogreen have also installed 50kWp at MGS’s site in Rougham and 30kWp at Geosense, their sister company. The power generated between these 3 sites is enough to power 41 homes.
