Blenheim Primary School have installed a Powerstar 226kVA Voltage Optimisation unit.

The Background

Blenheim Primary School and Children’s Centre is an exciting learning community based in Southend and currently has more than 550 pupils. Children at Blenheim make excellent progress and achieve high standards, benefiting from outstanding care, guidance and support, whatever their individual needs. Blenheim is a Green Flag Eco-School and therefore, educating children about climate change and their environmental responsibilities forms an important part of the curriculum. With Voltages at the school being 244 they could see that Voltage Optimisation made complete sense to not only cut their energy consumption and save them money but to prolong the life of their electrical equipment.
